Please arrive early for your session or class.
Bring socks, a towel and comfortable clothes.
Turn off all cell phones and pagers.
All Sessions are prepaid. All prepaid sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase.
24 hour cancellation policy strictly enforced. If you fail to give 24 hours notice the full price of your session will be charged.
Semi private sessions must upgrade to a private session if partner cancels and you wish to keep your appointment.
Group class packages are prepaid only with no cancellations or refunds for missed classes.
New clients are required to take 5 privates sessions before joining a group class.
Group classes are not suitable for those with osteoporosis, low back injury or chronic back pain.
